Postural and Core Analysis

Your posture will be evaluated for its strengths and weaknesses.  This analysis will determine where you begin in our system.

Private Postural and Core Sessions

The focus is on you!  After your analysis, we will then guide you to gain control of your body.  Initially, you will be taught how to stabilize your core while lengthening your spine.  As you progress within our system, we will then challenge your body's control by taking you through an array of challenging exercises.  The result is a new you!

Time per session - 55 minutes

Cost - $65

Postural and Core Classes

Your body's control will be challenged in a class setting among individuals who have similar control and goals.

Time per class - 55 minutes

Cost - $12 to $15 depending upon time of day
